Education Issues
We have seen a national shift in education. Public education has moved from the core purpose of teaching children reading, writing and arithmetic to subject matter promoted by political agendas that children do not have a knowledge base of understanding or the maturity level to analyze and expanded sexual content to an inappropriate level. Parents have rights and must advocate for their children. Nationally only a third of eighth graders are proficient in reading and math. Our schools need to get back to educating our children providing them with a strong foundational education which prepares them to pursue future goals and stop pushing political agendas.
